This position is responsible for ensuring that all ticket orders are fully processed, documented and recorded. Fulfillment associates must manage inventory to ensure that all tickets are checked in and delivered on time, that there are no problem orders, incorrect inventory posted, or inventory not posted and notify management if an error occurs. This position will also help answer and direct phone calls when needed.
- • Strong computer background (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
